High Net Worth Insurance Account Manager
Position Summary:
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their complex insurance needs are met with precision and professionalism.
- Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction
- Marketing & placement of renewal accounts as appropriate
- Achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, cross-selling and up-selling of limits and coverages, and by providing exceptional client service
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Insurance Program Design: Analyze clients' personal and financial profiles to recommend comprehensive coverage solutions for home, auto, yacht, fine art, jewelry, and other assets.
- Policy Administration: Oversee all aspects of policy management, including renewals, endorsements, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed risk assessments and work with underwriters to secure customized insurance solutions.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring clients receive the best service and outcomes during claims processes or policy changes.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand coverage or add complementary products to meet clients’ evolving needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with producers, underwriters, and support staff to deliver seamless client experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License (Property & Casualty).
- Experience managing a High-Net-Worth Private Client book of business.
- Thorough knowledge of brokerage operations, including procedures and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Experience with Vertafore AMS360 and ImageRight highly desired.
- Experience and expertise in operating in electronic environment; excellent automation skills, including MIS, MS Office Suite, document management software, proprietary carrier systems, and phone systems.
- Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Confidentiality of financial, employee, and consumer information.
- Must be able to work with occasional instruction and supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of all lines of insurance, including sophisticated and less common coverages, especially those products represented through agency.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
