Job Description
We are looking for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable relating to our high-end clientele, is knowledgeable about the luxury market, and can handle the entire sales process from greeting the client to vehicle delivery.
Automotive sales experience is a must, along with a proven track record. Excellent communication skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and the ability to develop strong client relationships will ensure success for this position.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes each guest to our showroom in a prompt and enthusiastic manner
- Develops and maintains a strong product knowledge of our brands and other ultra-luxury vehicles
- Stays informed of current vehicle inventory, prices, and location
- Tracks changing vehicle market conditions, values, activities, and incentives
- Completes sales process from start to finish, including gathering trade appraisal information, conducting road tests, overcoming objections, preparing delivery paperwork, and following up
- Utilizes the CRM and develops a plan to accomplish daily, monthly, annual objectives
- Participates in the events which we may sponsor or host, both at the showroom and off-site
- Represents the Dimmitt brand and its core values and standards of excellence
Qualifications
- Must meet Dimmitt hiring standards and have a valid Florida driver's license
- 2 years of experience in new automotive sales with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets
- High luxury sales experience strongly preferred
- Sound decision-making and analytical abilities
- Comfortable approaching/selling high-net-worth clientele
- Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships within all levels of the organization
