We are looking for an experienced High End Residential Estimator to become an integral part of our client's growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop precise and comprehensive job estimates for residential projects.
- Source and obtain competitive bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials and negotiating prices.
- Maintain cost databases and update pricing information to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze and resolve any cost discrepancies, ensuring that project budgets remain on track.
- Prepare detailed reports, summarizing project trends and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and contribute to overall company success.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of estimating experience in residential construction.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and BuilderTrend software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
