High-end Remodels-Senior Project Manager at GPAC

We are partnered with a premier high-end remodeling construction firm specializing in luxury renovations and custom projects. 

Position Summary:
Seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end remodeling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing luxury construction projects and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

 Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential remodeling projects.
• Strong knowledge of luxury construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high-end remodeling projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to establish project goals and expectations.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination among all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and cost control.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
