IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Hawaii State license as a Physical Therapist **LICENSE REQUIRED TO APPLY; NO HI LICENSE AT SUBMISSION WILL BE DECLINED**
Current certification in CPR at BLS/HCP level
B. EXPERIENCE
Two (2) or more years of professional Physical Therapy experience in an inpatient acute care setting prior to any travel assignments
C. Traveler Requirements
Must provide proof of full COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
No RTO during initial assignment
