Summary:
Manages a team of Service Specialists for specific region and supervises the daily activities for region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Escalation points and vacation coverage for colleagues in the region.
+ Assists in training and onboarding of new service specialists.
+ Acts as Welcome Leader for Advisors and Service Specialists in region.
+ Completes various administrative tasks as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
+ Ensures that service coverage in region is adequately staffed and all service specialists are trained.
+ Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make the area more efficient.
+ Prepares, maintains and/or monitors performance reports focused on client-facing annual plan reviews.
+ Prepares, maintains and/or monitors reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
+ Ensures quality of service level is maintained by utilizing bi-annual talent review process (9 box review).
+ Maintains up to date knowledge on products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies, and procedures.
+ Some travel to branches within region, attending meetings, and assisting with onboarding colleagues in person.
+ Facilitates relationship building between Service Specialists and Community Dedicated Relationship Banker.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support role
+ Series 6 or Series 7 securities licenses
+ Additional License Requirements upon hire: Series 24 or Series 26 and Series 63 (or Series 65/66) securities licenses required to be obtained within 120 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Series 7 and Series 24
+ Series 63/65 or Series 66
+ Life and Health Licensing
+ Investment/Brokerage sales support experience
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
