- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- Need 2 - 5 days in a week / 2 - 4 weeks per month
- 13 - 15 patients per day
- All outpatient
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
