Job Description:
As a Clinical Account Manager (CAM), you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation and executing marketing strategy under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director.
Providing comprehensive clinical knowledge of our products and effectively communicating their clinical benefits to customers.
Achieving territory sales targets by implementing marketing strategies and delivering branded sales messages.
Representing at local meetings and events.
Generating and growing sales within a specific geographic area and promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals.
Developing and implementing a territory business plan to meet customer needs and sales goals.
Ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines and laws.
Reporting adverse events to the appropriate departments as required.
Qualifications:
Located within the territory (around Chicago, IL).
Bachelor's degree in business or science.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospital selling within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with at least 3 years' specialty sales experience.
Strong sales performance history.
Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a large geographic territory.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnights (up to 40-50%).
Additional Information:
Base salary pay range: $120,000-$190,000 annually, with consideration for experience and location.
Eligible for competitive benefits package including 401k match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
