Job description:
- Experience in technical / helpdesk support for personal computer hardware, software, printer, and network related problems.
- Resolve issues related to communications, GIS map/data maintenance, or web page maintenance.
- Mobile and WiFi Connectivity Principles and practices of customer service.
- Monitor system, identify malfunctions, and initiate corrective action to maintain schedules to assure integrity of production files and output.
- Document and maintain accurate computer records and procedures.
- High School diploma or GED equivalency, supplemented by specialized training in subjects directly related to the Help Desk, GIS, or Web functions.
