About the Job
Must Haves:
- IT support exp of 1-2+ years.
- Customer support experience or call center.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of ticketing systems.
- Can learn quickly.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Helpdesk-related tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and understanding of how to read spreadsheets, etc.
- Understanding of how to escalate issues internally to L2/L3 teams.
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday - 12:30pm - 9:00pm CST.
Salary
15 - 18 /hour
