Piper Companies is looking for a Help Desk Analyst on-site in the Radnor/Wayne area of PA.
Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Analyst:
· Provide end-user support on-site resolving Hardware and Software issues
· Work with Microsoft products including 365/Azure Active Directory
· Provide support for outbound Sales Reps troubleshooting their iPads and iPhones Remotely
· Ability to setup workstations and assists in A/V troubleshooting and support
· ***Ability to work 5 Days a week on-site***
Qualifications for the Helpdesk Analyst:
· 3+ years as a Service Desk Analyst (Required)
· Experience with PC/Laptop Setup/Decommissioning
· Experience with of Office 365, Azure (Microsoft Products)
· Skilled in utilizing ticketing systems for support resolution
Compensation/Benefits for the Helpdesk Analyst:
· $30/hr (Long-Term 1-2 year W2 Contract)
