Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain desktop and laptop environments
Troubleshoot issues
Serve as the first line of defense for connectivity issues and escalate more complex problems to the IT Engineering team as needed
Provide support for and not limited to OneDrive, Citrix, Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory password resets, VPN, Mobile Device Email, MFA (Google Authenticator), and printer installations
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
Deliver remote and onsite helpdesk support using the ConnectWise ticketing system
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the ticketing system
Resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction
Maintain communication with customers throughout the problem resolution process
Monitor and respond promptly to requests received via the IT help desk
Manage the email and ticket tracking system, processing tickets based on priority
Report escalated issues to the Lead / Manager for further resolution
Image computers and collaborate with end users to upgrade equipment
Handle projects or tasks assigned by Manager
