FLSA Status: Non Exempt
Summary/Objective
This position will have experience providing support for software, hardware and networking related issues in a help desk/technical support environment, superior customer service & troubleshooting skills. In addition, candidates will also have Point-of-Sale (POS) technical support experience OR restaurant industry knowledge/background with hands-on, "user-level" POS experience.

Essential Functions
- Requires excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated customer-focused, service-first approach
- At least 2-3+ years of technical support/help desk support experience is required
- Experience working in the Restaurant industry and/or experience providing POS (Point-of Sale) technical support for restaurants
- Aloha POS experience is a major plus
- Must be technically savvy with a strong overall technical aptitude and superior customer service skills·
- Requires strong skills and proficiency level in troubleshooting, support, analysis and resolution
- Experience supporting external end-users with software, hardware and networking related issues
- Knowledge of networking topologies and computer operating systems
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office programs

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or four years' experience.
- Two years' relevant experience.
- Experience in a customer service-related capacity.
