CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented help desk professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our growing team. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees and clients with computer, telephone, hardware, and software issues. The Help Desk Technician will also respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and Respond to Help Desk Requests in a Professional, Thorough and Timely Manner
- Provide Technical Support for Issues Related to IT, Phone Systems, Software and Hardware
- Resolve Office IT Issues Including Phone, Fax, Printer, AV, Access Control and Email
- Provide Technical Support and Assistance for CuraLinc’s 24/7 Call Center
- Assist Remote Employees
- Thoroughly Document Internal Procedures
- Create Detailed Training Materials for Employees and Clients
- Conduct Staff Training
- Set Up New Employees During Onboarding
- Suggest Possible Improvements on Procedures
- Identify and Escalate Significant and Recurring Issues to Next Tier Support
- Work with Technology Vendors and Manage Projects
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Proven Success as a Help Desk Technician or Similar IT Role
- BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or Related Field Preferred, But Not Required
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Identify and Troubleshoot Technology Issues
- Strong familiarity with Windows and Mac Hardware
- Experience Working in a Microsoft 365 Environment
- Experience in Networking Including LAN, WAN, FTP, SFTP, VPN, VLAN’s, WI-FI, Access Control/Surveillance System Maintenance and Basic Audio/Video Knowledge
- Ability to Communicate Effectively with Users with Differing Levels of Technical Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Knowledge of RingCentral a Plus
- Experience Working in a Regulated Healthcare Environment Preferred
