Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.
- Work with key client contacts to support their individual networks and software systems.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
- Conduct network administration tasks, including LAN/WAN/SDWAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Analyze client system logs/reports and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting network, server, and desktop environments.
- Strong knowledge of network and computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Deep understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN technologies.
- Highly experienced with Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
- Experience with Meraki networking equipment is a plus.
- MSP/Help Desk Experience is a must.
- Linux knowledge is a plus but not required.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
