Help Desk Technical Support 1 - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift from Innova Solutions

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Help Desk Technical Support.

Position type: Full-time - Contract

Duration: 06+ Months

Shift Timing: 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm ) 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm), and 3rd Shift (11:30pm - 7:30am)

Location: Newport News, VA

As a Help Desk Technical Support, you will:

· Resolve technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.

· Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.

· May route calls to product line specialists.

· Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.

· Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.

· AA or other 2-year technical degree in related discipline.

Primary Responsibilities

· Experience supporting many applications including MS Office products, O365, VPN apps and many other business and engineering applications.

· Experience doing technical support over the telephone and/or in chat.

· Experience with troubleshooting Windows clients.

· Experience working remotely.

· Customer service. Call center. Technical support (Windows).

Equivalency: Associate degree and experience. A relevant professional certification can be substituted for an associate degree.

Pay Range*: $19 - $21 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
