Responsibilities:
As a member of our Consulting Help Desk team, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks designed to keep our IT systems running smoothly and our clients satisfied. These include:
1. Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
2. Working with the service desk system to log, track, and route issues and requests.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems involving Windows and Exchange Online.
4. Setting up, managing, and troubleshooting remote access for users.
5. Working with security groups to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems.
6. Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the services we offer to provide accurate information to clients.
7. Regularly updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for our Consulting Help Desk position will have a strong background in IT and customer service, as well as a deep understanding of the systems and technologies we use. Specific qualifications include:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows and Exchange Online.
3. Experience with ticketing systems and service desk operations.
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
5. Experience with remote access systems.
6. Knowledge of security groups and how to manage them.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
