Help Desk II at The Fountain Group

Pay: $30-32/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. 
Onsite role in Cambridge, MA
W2 Candidates only 
Description:

• Work with and resolve escalated helpdesk requests from managed service provider.
• Provide support for AV equipment and meetings (in-person & virtual).
• Image and deploy new user setups (Computer & Desk setup).
• Inventory and software management of IT assets including asset auditing.
• Help with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, MDM systems.
• Help support and manage Windows and Apple environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting.
• Experience with supporting mobile devices such iPhones, iPads, Android with a Mobile Device Manager (MDM).=
• Experience with Active Directory operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience or 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Any Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
