Job Description:
- Have at least 5 years' experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
- Demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)
- Have excellent communication (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving
