Help Desk Customer Service Representative at City Facilities Management

About the Job
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, and acts as liaison between field associates and store managers to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed. The Help Desk is a 24/7 business unit.

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to liaison with field associates and vendors to prioritize calls
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of or experience in retail/customer service
- Flexibility
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & Word
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Type 35 WPM
