Position: Service Delivery Coordinator (similar to IT Dispatcher)
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering client calls and logging technical support tickets
- Monitoring and managing ticket boards to ensure timely responses
- Allocating tickets based on skillsets and coordinating on-site visits
- Tracking open tickets and ensuring all tasks are completed
- Documenting ticket management processes
- Creating satisfied customers through exceptional service
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 6 months experience in IT help desk or equivalent education
- Client support experience in a call center or similar setting
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft platforms and support users
- Experience with scheduling and team logistics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
