Key Responsibilities: As a Help Desk Assistant at Kingston Healthcare, your responsibilities will be nothing short of magical, including providing desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets to our users. Your spell-casting will happen in-person at our Toledo, Ohio location and Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities.

Your primary focus will be to:

• Collaborate with users in Kingston facilities to manage new equipment connections with ease.
• Master the art of active directory and Office 365 accounts to keep the IT System running smoothly.
• Add some magical touch to the fine art of IT Help Desk support.
• Cast a spell on your gadgets, configure them to perfection, including phones, tablets, and laptops.
• In the blink of an eye, distribute new devices to end-users in multiple healthcare territories with utmost care.
• Continue to spread your magic wand and provide comprehensive support related to all Kingston devices.

Qualifications:

• To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should be spellbound by:
• The aesthetic charm of technology and the ability to deliver a charm-breaking customer service experience.
• Frequent interests in how rapid their gaming computer spells its charm.
• Proficient in casting spells on the magical Windows and iOS gadgets.
• Experience spreading the magic to various users with diverse levels of proficiency in technology is highly advantageous.
• We highly recommend you own a broom or any other reliable mode of transportation to carry out your spells.
• Strong magical incantations and non-verbal communication skills that can leave an impression on the mind of the beholder.
• Ability to flawlessly cast the spell of following technical instructions while being able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work After Hours/On Call to cast the perfect spell as and when Kingdom demands.
