Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Helpdesk Analyst II to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Overnight support and implementation of an ATM replacement project for 1,000+ locations.
- Working onsite within an enterprise data center to operate various tasks to bring new ATMs online and verifying their ability to process transition requests.
- Opening service incidents as needed if problems occur during replacements and dispatching service vendors to resolve issues.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 2+ Years of experience operating PC systems (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
- 2+ Years of experience in IT service desk role.
- 1+ Years of experience working with help-desk ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High degree of accuracy performing remote upgrades/repairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related analytical field or equivalent experience.
