Help Desk Analyst I - Robert Half

Description Robert Half is looking for a part-time IT Help Desk Technician for a local Recreational client in Seattle, Washington. This position is 100% onsite in Seattle, Washington! Duration: Short-term contract (3-4 months) Schedule: Monday-Wednesday-Friday (4 hours each day - 12-18 hours a week) Location: 100% onsite in Seattle, Washington Responsibilities: + Onsite and hands-on support for employee's both remotely and onsite. + Troubleshoot end-user support items such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards and security policies. + Assist with users' accounts password resets, account creation/deletion through Active Directory and Office 365. + Maintain communication with users on incidences through ticketing system until completion. + Install/upgrade new company supported software to users. Requirements + At least 4 years of experience in Help Desk Support and/or related fields. + Proven experience support Microsoft 365 applications (OneNote, Teams, Outlook). + Proficient providing support for workstations, setting up computers, and deployment. + Experience supporting Ticketing queues through ticketing systems. + Experience with Active Directory - group policies/permissions.
