Helms Center Job Coach - GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF TULSA, INC

Mission:
Empower individuals with disabilities or employment barriers.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Salary:

• $14.00 per hour plus benefits.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21 or older.
• Pass competency-based training.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with clean record.
• Clear State of Oklahoma criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

• Guide participants to community job placements.
• Demonstrate job tasks and provide support.
• Encourage social integration and effective communication.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

• Medium Work: Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
