The Helicopter Records Specialist is responsible for the successful processing, filing and maintaining of aircraft records resulting from preventative maintenance, inspection, repair or overhaul of the aircraft and the associated components.

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for HELICOPTER RECORDS SPECIALIST in LEXINGTON, KY
The Helicopter Records Specialist is responsible for the successful processing, filing and maintaining of aircraft records resulting from preventative maintenance, inspection, repair or overhaul of the aircraft and the associated components.
Responsibilities:
- Auditing of Maintenance Records
- Maintaining aircraft records
- Preparing records for transfer upon return of aircraft to lessor or designated representative
- Meeting all Company and regulatory requirements for documentation of preventative maintenance, inspection, repair and/or overhaul
- Supporting internal company departments with records requests
- Record keeping skills for example, scanning, organizing, categorizing
- Detail oriented, organized, efficient and accurate, data entry, proficient computer skills at an intermediate level preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Data Entry Skills (typing, word processing and organizational skills)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
- Full time, contract
