Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and transmissions. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to ensuring that our equipment and machinery are always in top condition. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and transmissions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and machinery.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is always in top condition.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Work with other members of the team to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a heavy-duty equipment or trucking industry.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and transmissions.
- Experience with heavy-duty transmission and axle repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
