REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in Heavy Industry Machinery Maintenance
Machines for Hot Mill and Rolling Experience or similar (desired)
Experience implementing world-class maintenance systems in a large organization
Experience with Capital Projects
Equipment reliability
In-depth understanding of the company's products, goals, and operational processes.
Expertise in maintenance planning and tracking systems, with experience in
Oracle Maximo considered a plus.
