Heavy Equipment Technician in Orange Park! - Gpac

An awesome company surfaced has a need for a Heavy Equipment Technician.  This position is in the Orange Park area and is ready to hire!

Responsibilities of Heavy Equipment Technician:

• Repair diesel equipment
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance on diesel equipment
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
• Our diesel technicians will be responsible for all maintenance of our fleet
• As a diesel mechanic you will work in a clean safe environment

Qualifications of Heavy Equipment Technician:

• Previous experience as a heavy equipment technician/ diesel technician
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 2-4 years of diesel mechanic experience preferred
• diesel technician training is provided as well
