• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, scrapers, motor graders and compactors.
• Read and interpret grade stakes, maps, blueprints, and drawings to execute site plans accurately.
• Utilize grade control devices to achieve precise tolerances.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during excavation, trenching, and equipment operation.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment checks and address maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members for task coordination.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assist pipe layers, laborers, and truck drivers when equipment operation is not required.

• Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in excavator operation and earthwork.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather, lift up to 70 lbs., and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Preferred:
  • OSHA-10 certification.
  • Trench Safety Competent Person certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

• Full-time, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with overtime potential.
• Typical workweek: 40–55 hours.

• In-person, working on projects across the Metro Denver area and Front Range.
