Senior Project Manager

Our client, an established and successful construction company in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area is urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in bridge construction. With 7+ years of relevant PM, Heavy Civil, and Bridge experience, your knowledge and leadership will be instrumental in achieving project goals and ensuring positive results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of bridge construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules that align with project objectives.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality at the best value.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure profitability and minimize project risks.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction, with a specific focus on bridge construction.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of bridge construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex bridge projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to effectively plan, monitor, and control project activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
