O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking a Heavy Civil Lead Project Manager to join our team at our new Amtrak project in Old Saybrook.

The Amtrak/Connecticut River Bridge project will involve building a two-track, electrified, movable bridge structure equipped with new track, signal, catenary, power, communication, controls and security features.

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee project management for all activities at the job site and manage relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and the community. The bottom-line is the ideal candidate will have moveable bridge experience whether rail and/or vehicle.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in a project management or supervisory role on a moveable bridge project
• Preferred experience includes a major infrastructure or other railroad infrastructure project on an operating railroad environment, marine experience, and at least one project above $500 million in value
• Preferred marine construction experience
• Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or another related field
• Ability to provide resolutions to technical problems as they arise
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
