Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects including highways, roadways, and paving activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans to ensure compliance with timelines and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, costs, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
