Heavy Civil PM/Estimator - Gpac

A long standing & reputable company is looking for a HIGHLY qualified and SEASONED Construction Project Manager. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years in Construction Project Management
• Knowledge and experience in site development (mass grading, "moving mountains", underground, grading and paving, etc)
• Experienced in using HCSS Heavy Job/Heavy Bid, Hard Dollar
• Experience and knowledge with estimating, take-offs, grading/paving, and project management
• At least one of the following is encouraged:
  • Certified Construction Manager
  • Project Engineer
  • Civil Engineer
