Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent *Roadways and Bridges - Gpac

A local heavy civil general construction company is urgently seeking a Superintendent with a proven background in heavy civil projects including roads, bridges, earthmoving, asphalt, underground, and storm drains.  They have a long-standing history of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Position Description:

As a Superintendent, you will take charge of managing subcontractors, ensuring top-notch quality control and assurance, providing unparalleled client service, and leading a dedicated project team. Your commitment to maintaining project schedules and fostering positive experiences for everyone involved, from subcontractors to the owner, will be paramount to our success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience as a superintendent on heavy civil construction projects $50M+
• Previous experience with bridges, earthmoving, roads, asphalt, underground, and storm drains
• Degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or architecture
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction layout
• Well versed in Procore, Prolog, Excel and AutoDesk
