Position Overview

We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
