Project Manager Qualifications:

· Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets

· Experience with projects of $1M+

· Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

· Industry consistent work history

· 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager In Heavy and Civil and/or Commercial Construction, with 10+ years total Construction Experience, OR 5 years and advanced Degree
