Work hours: 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Assign technicians to optimize efficiency
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical guidance to field technicians
• Resolve complex HVAC issues
• Collect system details and data
• Documentation of Engineering projects
• Ensure technicians are equipped with necessary tools, parts, and materials, managing inventory
• Quality Assurance
