Heat Treat Operator-2nd shift-8 hours - Dowa THT America, Inc.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Heat Treat Operator is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and log recordings; loading of furnaces and unloading per recipe and alarm; providing additional support to part setting as is necessary.

This is an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.  

The successful candidate will have a:

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. intermittently.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and work every other Saturday.
• Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines.

Starting pay is from $19/hr. for no production experience and higher for candidates having experience in a production environment.  Additional $1.25/hr. pay for any hours worked 5 pm to 5 am.   In exchange, DOWA offers a competitive wage, an outstanding benefits package, with a zero deductible medical plan, dental, vision, short and long term disabilty, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.  All  hires must complete a comprehensive background check including criminal and a 9 panel drug test.  Only candidates with a stable work history will be considered.
