Heat Press Operator at Manpower

Our client, a leader in the apparel industry, is seeking a Heat Press Operator to join their team. As a Heat Press Operator, you will be part of the Heat Seal Department supporting the production of high-quality apparel. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment, which will align successfully with the organization.?Although job is temporary thru spring 2025, associates with good attendance and performance will be eligible for other job assignments.

Job Title: Heat Press Operator

Location: Lake Katrine, NY

Pay Range: $17 per hour + overtime

What's the Job?

• Perform T-shirt decaling with precision to ensure decals are aligned correctly.
• Prepare shirts by laying them on a flat surface and pressing to remove wrinkles.
• Adhere numbers to fabric using heat pressing techniques.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area throughout the shift.
• Assist with packing and shipping as needed.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift - comfort mats provided.
• Moderate lifting capability for handling shirts and materials.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid product scraping.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm + overtime as needed.
