Hearing Care Services
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including:
o Sound field testing
o Air and bone conduction
o Speech reception thresholds (SRT)
o Loudness discomfort levels (LDL)
o Most comfortable loudness levels (MCL)
- Fit patients with hearing instruments tailored to their hearing loss and lifestyle.
- Provide personalized recommendations for hearing solutions.
Patient Care
- Deliver follow-up care to ensure patients adhere to checkup schedules.
- Maintain a high standard of service, supporting long-term hearing health needs.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and supervise the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC).
- Step into PCC responsibilities as needed.
Professional Environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
Financial and Marketing Support
- Execute accurate financial procedures, including cash management and software utilization.
- Track and report on referrals generated through marketing efforts.

Qualifications
Required
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the applicable state or province (or willingness to obtain one).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 10% - 20% travel between clinics----
Preferred
- Previous experience in:
o Hearing instrument dispensing or fitting
o Sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills for presenting test results verbally and in writing.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Strong manual dexterity in both hands for precise work.
