Healthcare Sales and Operations Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Healthcare Sales and Operations Analyst to support our growing chain of ambulatory surgery centers. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business development efforts, managing operational processes, and optimizing the utilization of our CRM system (Salesforce) to enhance provider relationships and meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development and execution of strategies that support both sales and operational objectives.
- Act as the Salesforce Administrator, managing system functionality, generating reports, and ensuring optimal utilization to support business goals.
- Identify and research key prospects and business opportunities to assist the Investor Relations team in advancing the sales cycle.
- Manage and maintain the Private Place Memorandum (PPM) database, including tracking outstanding/redeemed units, issuing distribution notices, and preparing necessary company communications.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of staff training and continuing education, ensuring materials and schedules are in place for successful execution.
- Update and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and training documents to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Provide calendar management and appointment scheduling for the EVP, coordinating meetings with physicians and prospective leads.
- Assist with onboarding new provider offices, ensuring smooth scheduling and verification processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, in all communications and documentation.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership, tracking performance metrics and departmental KPIs.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, physicians, department heads, and board members to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
- Support financial administration, including managing consulting agreements, reviewing invoices, and processing check requests.
- Monitor and assess market penetration rates and other business development metrics.
- Provide timely and accurate management of communications with physician partners and external stakeholders.
- Travel to subsidiary locations and centers as needed to conduct due diligence and support business operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, and extensive experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
Requirements:
- Department of Justice Background Check
- Completion of Health/Drug Screening
- Proof of legal U.S. work eligibility
- Valid CA Class C Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Working Conditions: This role is primarily based in an office environment, with occasional travel to company subsidiaries and affiliate locations for business development and due diligence purposes. Some weekend or evening work may be required. Exposure to healthcare settings may include moderate risks from chemicals, infectious materials, and other related conditions.
