About the Job

We are looking for an energetic Recruiter to join our growing team and healthcare organization! In the healthcare field, there are a lot of moving parts to keep us busy, and due a recent acquisition, we're looking for more talent! This role is in Oakbrook with the opportunity to work on a remote basis after training. The ideal candidate has full cycle recruit experience, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and following up with hiring managers for feedback. This is a temporary position with the opportunity with the hours of Monday-Friday 8-5pm.

Responsibilities

Assisting with nationwide recruitment efforts of the HR team
Collaborate with HR and hiring team regarding recruitment efforts
Creating job postings for various job levels
Sourcing applicants to job postings and doing initial screenings
Work with internal hiring manager to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and consult regarding candidate pool and responsibilities.
Extending offers and assisting with getting onboarding documents and screenings completed.
Follow up with candidates references and onboarding status

Qualifications

2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience within an office environment, healthcare experience preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Paylocity experience is a plus
