Healthcare Quality Improvement ManagerDetails and Compensation:
- Location: Harrisburg, PA 17120 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $33+/hr – negotiable based on experience
- Required Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Healthcare Quality Improvement ManagerSummary and Highlights:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Manager to lead and support a comprehensive Quality Management Program for a prominent facility in Harrisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic focus on quality planning, control, and improvement initiatives while serving as a liaison with corporate and facility management teams.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Healthcare Quality Improvement ManagerResponsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor’s corporate Quality Improvement Team and facility management to implement and support the organization's Quality Management framework.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the worksite’s Quality Management Program.
- Provide expert advice to the Facility Director on quality management issues, including planning, control, measurement, and improvement activities.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives to continuously elevate the organization's standards.
- Fulfill committee assignments such as the Quality Improvement Council and the Risk Management Committee.
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and review current literature to stay updated on quality management practices.
Healthcare Quality Improvement ManagerRequirements:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in a formal quality management role within a multi-faceted program.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in database management and utilization.
- Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
