The mission of our team is to find and develop the next generation of offers for the Microsoft Industry Cloud for Healthcare. Candidates should be passionate about blazing new trails and help define how digital technologies can solve complex industry problems. There will be near term (tactical) and long term (strategic) elements to this role as well as collaborating with a large virtual team of both internal and external partners.
**Responsibilities**
• Use your understanding of industry and partners to help shape product strategy for each release
• Identify opportunity spaces and the most relevant partners to address them
• Engage and recruit those key partners, with Business Development and Global Partner teams
• Evangelize the Microsoft Cloud for Health Care value proposition to deliver value through third party ISV's to our customers
• Assist 'envisioning sessions' to help ISV's building efforts and ensure ISV solutions are ready to deploy solutions on our Industry Cloud platform.
• Liaise between partners and our Product PMs to ensure appropriate prioritization
• Help partners with launch activities
• Drive a learning feedback loop for ongoing iteration and improvement
• Build the nucleus of the scale tooling
Success will require excellent partner-facing engagement skills, an ability to work directly with feature PMs and product teams as they prioritize, and to work cross-company with our adjacent teams that enable our partner work (BD, OCP/GPS, PMG, WCB, Finance among others). You'll be a key advocate for partner needs and drive clarity about how to make them successful within our ecosystem.
**Qualifications**
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform preferred, especially in an ISV/SI setting.
• Experience working with Healthcare technology preferred.
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills, able to drive clear action in partnership with others in a large organization and deliver results that depend on other divisions.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and influencing skills.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
