Description
The Senior Talent Specialist is responsible for the creation and implementation of talent acquisition strategies supporting leadership and hard to fill vacancies. Develops and implements internal & external sourcing strategies to achieve the appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent. Partners with operational leaders to facilitate the recruitment process while understanding business direction, in effort to build a talent pipeline strategy that ensures a continuous flow of candidates is established. Serves as subject matter expert in utilization of sourcing strategies to include; direct networking, Web 2.0, internet mining, and advanced internet research to understand market intelligence, identify and attract top talent. Effectively markets the organization to all candidates, leveraging the TUHS Recruitment brand.
**This position requires three days a week onsite in Philadelphia (zip 19124)**
Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
5 Years experience in full life cycle recruitment or in a search firm environment, at least two years IT recruiting. (Required)
General Experience and ability to use Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems (Required)
General Experience in healthcare (Preferred)
License/Certifications
PHR - Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
