The Center for Audiology in the Houston, TX area is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 2008 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. Our company has grown to 3 offices since we opened and we have an exceptional presence in the community.
We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology.

What you will do (responsibilities):
• Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedule.
• Contact patients to confirm appointments.
• Track and report daily scheduling metrics.
• Effectively handle telephone inquiries.
• Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain patient records in billing/scheduling system and in hard copy.
• Type correspondence for professionals.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED:
• 2 years front office experience, in a medical setting.
• Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented.
• An associate’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent people and customer service skills
• Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must be detail oriented, ability to multi-task a must.
• Good computer skills.
• Clear speech.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
