We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Analytics Specialist. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Minnesota, providing you with the opportunity to tackle challenging projects while enjoying a comfortable work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Extract, aggregate, and ensure the quality of data from various sources to derive actionable insights aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes and reducing costs.
Collaborate on leading complex analytic projects utilizing diverse datasets.
Apply technical expertise to healthcare datasets, ensuring accurate analysis and interpretation.
Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs, including pre-post analysis and ROI studies.
Manage projects from inception to completion, demonstrating multitasking abilities and effective communication skills.
Identify and implement appropriate analytic methodologies to address business needs.
Develop financial and operational dashboards and key performance indicator reports to meet customer requirements.
Provide consultative advice and deliver insightful analytic findings to solve complex data issues.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Health Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience using Python for data analysis.
2+ years of experience using SQL query techniques and SQL as an analytic tool.
1+ years of experience in healthcare analytics.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehouse environments and multiple source data warehouses.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and PivotTables.
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting clinical and/or finance partners through analytics-focused roles.
Knowledge of healthcare administrative data, such as medical claims and provider data.
Proficiency in statistical programs like SAS, R, SPSS, STATA, etc.
Familiarity with cloud-based query applications like Snowflake.
Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation, extraction, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 70,200.00 137,800.00 Per Year
