Job Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you'll play a vital role in providing data analysis support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development of reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance.
Encouraging self-service analytics for customer adoption and utilization of data.
Supporting the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities, as well as defining business requirements for new analyses.
Conducting ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Maintaining data accuracy and identifying new metrics through data quality and stewardship functions.
Offering data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners as a subject matter expert.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Level Degree required.
Minimum 1 year of Data Analysis experience required.
Minimum 1 year of Healthcare data experience required.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel required.
