Job Summary:

Our mission is to revolutionize the way healthcare services are delivered by combining technology and human touch to ensure the best outcomes for employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service and Delivery Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating our platform, booking appointments for patients, and administering care bundles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the employees we serve receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams
• Navigate our platform to schedule appointments, manage patient information, and track care bundles
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide instructions, and address any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure seamless delivery of services
• Administer care bundles by coordinating with various healthcare professionals and facilities
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field within a commercial healthcare company preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems and software applications
